Why don't you accept refunds and/or returns on my custom portrait?
- I do not accept returns and I do not offer refunds on custom orders because they are just that. They are custom. I am unable to gain back my lost time and my supplies and also unable to resell. If you are unhappy with your custom order, please contact me and I will work with you to address the issue!
What is your turn-around time?
- Typically my turn around time is 3-5 business days, not including shipping time. Depending on how many orders I am juggling the turn around time could be more or less but I will definitely be in touch if it is more than 3-5 business days.
Why is your shipping fee $3.50? And for each additional piece, $2.00/per?
- Shipping fees are pretty standard so that I am able to provide tracking for your security and mine. The fee covers the shipping and the packaging for your order.
Can you handletter on my custom watercolor piece?:
- I can definitely do that! However, there is an additional fee for names, dates, addresses, etc. Please contact me for further info! :)
Do you offer other work besides what is on your site?
- Yes! Most of the pieces I have listed are custom pieces or pieces that I myself have created in my down time. But if you have something in mind other than what I have listed or offer, please contact me and we can discuss your ideas!
What type of watercolor paper and paints do you use?
- I use premium paper and watercolors for my custom orders. I also spray seal them with a clear sealer to ensure that the watercolor holds it's vibrancy longer. Make sure to keep your order out of the sun and out of humidity to keep it lasting!
What type of paper are your prints printed on?
- I use premium cardstock paper for all of my prints on a high-resolution printer.
Why does your business logo stay on my print?
-Because I take great pride in my art, and just like initialing my custom orders, my mark is being made and it will stay. Thank you for respecting my rights as an individual and as an artist!
